This past Saturday was the 21st annual C.A.R.L. Pooch Parade. Savory Prime being an official sponsor had the honor of setting up a booth showcasing our Savory Prime treats. It was a wonderful event, at the end of the show, all the sales and proceeds from our booth went to the Canine Adoption Rescue League.

Just what is C.A.R.L., anyway? Canine Adoption and Rescue League is Ventura County’s largest all-breed, no-kill, non-profit dog rescue, and sanctuary. Since 1996, we’ve placed thousands of dogs into loving forever homes. We turn away no dog based on breed or age. Our creed is “Every Dog Deserves a Second Chance”.
The Pooch Parade is our biggest fundraiser of the year. By enjoying a sunny day on the beach with food, sun, and dogs (so many dogs!), the people of Ventura County allow us to keep saving lives.
